Yes! Complimentary delivery is available within Irvine and Tustin (Orange County). For locations outside this area, a delivery fee of $2 per mile applies.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it is considered final. Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to your scheduled event will receive store credit toward a future purchase. Cancellations within 5 days of the event are non-refundable due to advance preparation and scheduling. This policy applies to all cancellations, including those due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Our boards include perishable ingredients and are best enjoyed the same day they are delivered. If you are not planning to eat your board until the following day, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it accordingly.

If not eating immediately, refrigerate your board upon delivery. For the best flavor, remove it from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving. Once removed from the refrigerator, enjoy within two (2) hours. Customers are responsible for proper food handling and storage after delivery.

All boards are served on disposable, eco-friendly palm leaf trays.

Yes! A sleeve of crackers is included with every board order and packed separately to maintain freshness and allow room for more goodies on the board. If you’d like additional variety, you may upgrade to a cracker board, available in Small and Medium sizes.

Zelle, Venmo Business, and credit card are accepted. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

For larger orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due one week before the event. Your order and date are confirmed once the deposit has been received.
